Audio files are available for free listening and downloading.
To listen,
click wherever you see the words "listen as mp3" and the file should start to play.

You can download Windows Media Player for free at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/download/download.aspx

To download, and save the audio file click on the link "listen as mp3" using the right mouse button. This should bring up an option/context menu to "save target as..." or "save link as..." which will allow you to save the audio file in mp3 format.
