We promote comprehensive and quality strategic planning by engaging leadership and key stakeholders to ensure commitment to the planning process. We help agencies build capacity by developing planning structures, implementing planning processes, and integrating multiple federal planning requirements to ensure realistic and workable plans. We recognize that operationalizing an organization’s vision, values and practice principles, and including supervisors as change agents, are key to making and sustaining systemic change. |
